What is life all about

 Why was I brought into this vast world

Why do we need to endure pain and suffering

 Why can't Good always triumph over Evil

What would it feel like to be...

heartless

It would obliterate every ache, every sorrow, every woe

And we would feel numb to the core...

Emotionless zombies 

How some wish they were at times

But...think, would that be worth it?

We are humans after all

The single sound of a beating drum

Is what gives us life 

So...
